So I have had a rough couple of weeks...Over two weeks ago I weighed in at this weight then it steadily went up for 2 full weeks...for what appeared to be NO reason. On paper it looked like I had gained 4 or 5 pounds, but I was doing everything right. I even started going back to the gym 5 days a week (it was not muscle 5 days at the gym does not 5 pounds of muscle make), then everything just clicked and a couple pounds disappeared and a couple more all within 2 or 3 days.
So I am back to where I started 3 weeks ago and am just going to pretend like it never happened. I lost a month of forward moving progress, but I didn't give up. Even though I TOTALLY felt like it.
I was really hopeful to meet my 20% weight loss goal before I left for WDW on November 20th. I'm still gonna work toward that, but it's still 13 pounds away and just over 7 weeks. It will mean a lot of hard work and over Halloween and my birthday. Let's hope I'm up for it.
So now I just want some forward moving progress...GO ME!
