I have reached my 10 pound goal. how it is time to work the next 10 pounds. I feel like 10 pound goal markers are good for me because it is not overwhelming and I can push each week to the max. Not the max always happens but its nice to dream, right? I also like to say that each new start is my max weight. so even if i ever make it go my goal weight I will never be better then this again.

Bust - 49.5
Waist -52.5(around bellybutton)
Hips - 57.5

Next Goal
Bust - 48
Waist - 50
Hips - 55
288.8 lb Lost so far: 51.2 lb.    Still to go: 73.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi Pinkie, you are doing well.You made a very good point about setting a mini goal. Mine is only 5 lbs. I think for right now that will keep me focused. Great job. Keep it pushing!!!
