still within my range, avg weight for month of February, equals 125.6#. I walked 179.2 miles this month, making Jan./Feb. total so far 381 miles!!! really on track to make my 1200 mile mark for the yr. my wife is struggling a little with her weight, not too bad, but enough that we're going to have to watch the dessert calories more!! all in all a good month.
126.2 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
