This is moving too slowly... sigh. i definitely will participate in the 5 day work out challenge. I will attempt to lose 10 lbs this month while trying my best to reduce my carb intake. Still staying motivated. lifestyle change is the aim!
260.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 80.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey deciding to be healthy is the first step, so good for you! If you want help figurring out how many carbs or calories to eat, check out the Keto calculator online. I was eating low carbs and the weight was coming off very slowly, one I changed my RDI to be inline with my Keto numbers the weight started to move more quickly. Also if the number on the scale is not your best friend then try tracking your measurements you will be surprised how quickly your measurements go down
