17, It is going well. I will be eating more protein today. i Islept well, but I do not have a lot of energy, but do not know if it is from induction, my cold, or not enough calories, or all of the above.

I'd blame the cold. Sometimes it helps to get moving; oddly enough, expending energy gives one energy.

Thank you ladies for the kind words.Did our taxes today ...whew! and celebrated with some coconut flour breaded shrimp. I had to try this coconut powder/flour. Uncooked it smells a lot like coconut. Frie, the smell goes away a bit, but it does taste a little sweet. It is just 3 carbs for 2 tbsp.. I guess ey ok for lowcarb breading. Shrip was not crispy. I also bought hazelnut meal to try it out for breading. Any ideas for good breading? I tried all kinds of nuts, pork rinds, ground flax seeds...By the way I have a great recipe for seed crackers.A-ma-zing...from a Paleo friend. It is very similar to Atkins.
