Awesome glad the scale is moving for both of us. I found a site livestrong.com/myplate that has a free meal plan and exercises all for free. Plus a place to log your weight, food intake, exercise, and water. You should check it out bestie. It has already helped me to shed a pound when I've been stuck for so long :). Well you remember my crazy rant the other day on the phone lol
