Yesterday there was a family party which of course meant lots of food. And salty stuff as well which never goes well for me. So this weigh in came as no surprise! Actually was expecting worse. Extending my fasting today and will keep food basic and should all be fine by tomorrow. Hopefully.
120.6 lb Lost so far: 0.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
