Weight is about the same as a few days ago. I'm thinking about increasing my cardio to twice a day instead of just once. So ready to see 150 on the scale. I hope it is the case by April :-)
158.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 18.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't forget to measure. I had the same upset this past week until I realized I had lost more than 3" in my waist even if the scale barely moved.

You could be losing fat mass and gaining lean muscle, which weighs more. Start taking measurements!

I've been sticking between 1100 to 1300 a day that's why I was wondering how much I should be consuming. I will have to post my measurements too. Thanks you guys. Also I started using a site that is called livestrong.com/myplate to log my food. It also offers a meal plan for free.
