1446 kcal Fat: 45.82g | Prot: 58.82g | Carb: 125.30g.   Breakfast: coffee, blue diamond vanilla almond milk, cereal frosted wheat blueberry kroger. Lunch: coffee, sweet leaf diet citrus green tea, lean cuisine garlic chicken spring rolls. Dinner: bumble bee albacore tuna, rainbow slaw, Emeril's Pico de Gallo, Caesar Salad Dressing, sweet leaf green tea. Snacks/Other: mini ice cream sandwich, almonds, merlot wine, hamburger patty, cookie m&m's. more...
