20 lbs gone ! . only lost 1 lbs this week and not two like i have been but one lbs is still one lbs. I had a few small cheats this weekend so the fault is mine on not loosing 2lbs. did my weight in and put the scale away till next Monday which is HUGE for me. Got my grocery list for tonite and gonna get strict this week. Cheers to everyone. Happy day !!
