So getting on the scale this morning has been a disaster! I'm back up to 55! How! Last Saturday I weighed in at 53.5! My normal stable weight 54,2... So not sure at all what is going on here. My food and fasting is stable no changes there.

Only two things is I could be entering pms and its a hormone imbalance and that last night I had dinner at a friends who makes salty bacon and feta. No choice but to wait.
121.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Check for sugars in everything, you'd be amazed...

If you are weighing yourself daily, the answer is easy. Water weight. If you want a more accurate measurement of weight, only weigh yourself once a week. Otherwise, daily water and food will interrupt your thoughts of self.

Thanks both! I've been a low carber for a few years already so I watch sugars actively in everything I eat. For sure it's probably just a fluctuation, and I'm thinking its pre-pms - other pms symptoms are starting to show plus stress and probably just also not enough sleep. Will keep food clean and watch my salt intake. Thanks for the support! I really appreciate it!
