I'm still trying to get to my new goal weight and I'm having a heck of time. I'm up a few pounds and I know why. I haven't been recording what I eat! Usually I go over to sparkpeople.com and enter every food I've eaten that day. It makes it easy to see when you need to slow down on calories. I guess it's back to recording everything I eat!
147.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 2.0 lb a week

I love that page! Though, I'm not very good at sticking to food journaling myself. I read on someones journal (forgive me, I can't remember whose) that one way to keep up your food journaling is to take a picture of everything before you eat it. I don't know if it helps psychologically or what.

Do not be discouraged. It is about winning once more that will make you stay on top. I have fluctuated so much but I keep on thinking that I have had all of these defeats but it is about winning the last battle that truimphs over all of your past losses.
