Quite disappointed with this. Was hoping to see more of a drop back to my stable weight.

Salt bloat could still be a factor as could the fact that I have very sore muscles. I redecorated a room which meant moving around closets and a giant sofa on my own. So feeling quite tender. Tender means water retention.

So I guess I just need to ride out this storm.
120.4 lb Lost so far: 0.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
