I have a question. Can you gain muscles if you go walking for 30 minutes a day? I was wanting to eventually start gaining some after the weight loss. I don't know that much about it
298.0 lb Lost so far: 49.8 lb.    Still to go: 138.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
