So this is how weight can work... One great amazing day then a big monster negative fluctuation.

Happy post Valentine's Days result - and deserved with all the salty foods I ate. I feel like a dry sponge and bloated at the same time.

Today is about cleaning up, drinking lots of water, and restart my system. Today is a new day :-)
120.8 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
