I had fruit for breakfast and a sandwich for lunch. I had done 30 minutes on the spin bike and an hour of TAE BO. I feel totally beat
299.0 lb Lost so far: 48.8 lb.    Still to go: 139.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
