I'm going to weigh myself every morning and log it in. it will be the only way I can keep track of it. Gave in and had dessert last night, and probably will tonight too. Big juicy steak planned for tomorrow.
158.6 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 18.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
