Still trying to get back on the wagon, but temptation is too strong for my weak willpower.
192.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week

Hunger is HABIT…Stop and think of this. Each pound over weight that we are is 3500 calories. If a person is 20 pounds overweight that means that person is carrying 70,000 excess calories (3500 times 20)…. If in a day we are to eat 2000 calories…. That means we have 35 days of excess stored calories. So you are right HUNGER WILLPOWER is totally in the MIND.

BTW…managing hunger through fasting has taken me 56 Years to learn….It is a learnt behaviour.!!!
