Day 4 in a row of walking... 15 miles down. Did 6 instead of 3 today, cause I was just starting to feel good around the end of mile 3... came to the turn to head back to the house and turned away for another 3 point something miles instead. Felt good today. Thinking about when I walk next.

227.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
