1310 kcal Fat: 24.69g | Prot: 52.62g | Carb: 148.55g.   Breakfast: blue diamond vanilla almond milk, frosted wheat bite size kroger, coffee. Lunch: laughing cow, sliced turkey healthy ones, sandwich thin, sweet leaf diet citrus green tea. Dinner: cooked shrimp, ragu light parmesan, pictsweet, sweet potato, coffee, ice cream sandwich. Snacks/Other: merlot wine, almonds. more...
