Day 26. Proteins

Work for two then off for three. Hoping to see another two to three pounds lost this week
172.4 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks Alaina... I took off all my weight loss and just left the current diet and I am really excited about it.
