another week, another rollercoaster weight and emotional rollercoaster as well. family issues abound, luckily tho I don't over eat rather the opposite, and not eating enough!! oh well I'm in my range so I hope you are too!! have a great week!
126.8 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
