Went out for dinner last night at a friends place and she made me hummus and flax crackers, those tend to bloat me so was convinced that I'd see a bit of peak today so was a bit surprised. She was so sweet to go out of the way to prepare as lc as she knew. I was really touched that she thought to make flax crackers.

Ate till late so going to have to wait a while before opening my eating window today. The earliest will be 2pm.
119.5 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
