started at a gym November 1st. 20 minutes of treadmill followed by 30 minutes of free weights. not body building, just tone and converting fat to muscle.
193.5 lb Lost so far: 30.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.3 lb a week
