This entry is for the week of May 7 to May 13th. I ate under my calorie goal for 6 out of 7 days. I went to the gym 3 days. My average body fat for the week was 19.7 CICO
153.6 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
