sometime I jst wanna cry UNCLE! Can someone look at my meal chart and tell me what Im doing wrong?? I gained 3 lbs..ughh
213.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
