i have started 3 day military diet today to jumpstart my weight loss jorney. i had one slice of toast with 1 TbS peanut butter, 2 small oranges and a cup of coffee for breakfast (i didnot have grapefruit at home). Oh yes and i drank a cup of hot water with 4 tsp of lemon and 1 tsp honey in it empty stomach first thing in the morning.
going well till now. recording journal here to keep myself motivated to finish tis plan and to tel myself that its just 3 days.
will keep posting here thoroghout the day and the rest of other days :)
