Good weight in today-GREAT!!!-talked to myself to keep it up. Had good day today-no cravings-snowing again-feel like a snow bird!!!
190.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
