I am starting to log in my meals again as I stopped in November or December knowing I was going to have limited eating. my limited eating was due to having all my teeth pulled out in January because of severe osteoporosis. Now that I have full dentures, I am eating a lot more. Inaddition, I will most likely not be working this summer and being home is when I just sit and eat nonstop.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 49.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
