Results from low calories yesterday.

Spent the day reading & had a nap. I was still feeling a bit tired this morning...kinda sluggish. Decided not to push myself. I needed to read the book for Book Club anyway.

My daughter video called this afternoon & we talked for awhile.

I hope I'm feeling OK to get to the Gym tomorrow.
133.8 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
