Yesterday was a good day. I didnt think I would work out but I got in 30 minutes on the treadmill and I did 150 crunches be fore bed. Considering I was going to do anything I am very happy with that. I plan to get in some weights today. I have been slacking on that peice for the last week.

Yesterday's workout
30 minutes on treadmill [15 minutes @ 3.5/ 10 incline, 15 minutes 4.0 no incline
150 crunches

Measurements
Body Fat% - 23.0
Muscle Mass% - 41.7
Body Water - 58.5
Bone Mass - 4.8
133.8 lb Lost so far: 18.7 lb.    Still to go: 3.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
