Day 21: Protein - Veggie Day

Three weeks and I have been 100 percent on track and have had the best success. I also have been doing better with the cravings and I have always been a stress eater and these past three weeks have been some of the most stressful and every day I feel like I could just comfort myself in that big bag of popcorn or half gallon of ice cream.

173.2 lb Lost so far: 12.8 lb.    Still to go: 18.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
