im eating healthier drinking lots of water doing 30 squats a day plus other exersizes drinking lots of water and green tea plus i am recording everything i have ate all day long very happy
220.0 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 14.0 lb a week
