Well….can’t just post the good stuff. That would be misleading. Apparently I do better when I have something to focus on, like school. Though I do believe some of it is due to inflammation as well from my neck, shoulders, and back.

189.6 lb Lost so far: 10.3 lb.    Still to go: 44.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
