emotional rollercoaster week again, seeing my weight up 2 days, down 1,and the same 3. so the wk averaged out to 127#. Good weight if I could maintain it, but the ups/downs had a lot of water retention factors .I'm happy tho over all, just wish I could manage my emotional well. being better, but that's the curse of Bipolar Disorder. and that with meds plays big roles with weight, etc. sometimes even with the best of diets /exercise you will still gain/loose weight due to the effect the meds have in water retention, breakdown of foods, etc. that's why for me I'm so viligent in my exercise, diet, and weighing myself every day. so I can keep myself at or under 130#. and reverse the effects of the meds the best I can. 1 example is my walking regime, I set a goal this yr to walk 1200 miles, or 100 miles /month on average, as of yesterday, I have walked 156 1/4 miles and have a week to go in the month!!, but as it turns colder and wetter, that extra will go to helping Nxt months total.till Nxt week, hope you have a good one!!
127.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
