Today I have a lot planned, probably more than what I will be able to accomplish so I am up bright and early to get started!

Body Fat% - 23.2
Muscle Mass% - 41.8
Body Water% - 58.2
Bone Mass- 4.8 LBS
135.4 lb Lost so far: 17.1 lb.    Still to go: 5.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
