Today was a lazy day for me...not much exercise, not much of anything...tomorrow will be better...I think the rain got the best of me.

Yesterday's workout
90 minutes of yoga
walked 3.5 miles per hour for 1 hour 8 minutes with 5 lb free weights

Measurements
Body Fat% - 23.9
Muscle Mass - 41.3
Body Water% - 57.8
Bone Mass - 4.8 lbs
135.4 lb Lost so far: 17.1 lb.    Still to go: 5.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
