TOM is gone and Im back down.. Now to get under 240 !!! Had a good work out yesterday and gonna start my day today with a pedicure then a good cleaning of the house and then another great work out. ! Go me !
240.0 lb Lost so far: 66.0 lb.    Still to go: 90.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
