Yesterday was a busy day, I didnt get to work out as much as I wanted too. However I did get in a little exercises before bed!

Yesterday's workout

200 crunches
20 push ups
50 leg raises on each side
50 arm raises on each side with a 3 lb weight

Measurements
Body Fat% - 23.9
Muscle Mass% - 41.9
Body Water% - 57.9
Bone Mass - 4.8 lbs
135.4 lb Lost so far: 17.1 lb.    Still to go: 5.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
