No processed foods, meat, or dairy. Only whole foods, no oil or refined sugar. If you don't eat fat, you can't gain fat. Simple as that!
344.0 lb Lost so far: 15.7 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
