For the last week I've been doing the special K challenge. The protein shakes and meal bars really fill me up. My snacking has diminished considerably. I prefer to eat fruits in between. But, I've also had a candy bar. a Mt Dew, cheetos - but I've kept them to one or portion control better than any other time. It seems to be working. My measurements have shrank, the scale is a little slower, but moving in the right direction. My t-shirts seem a little looser around my mid-section as well (I hate a tight shirt). I've also been able to drink plenty of water - no where near the recommended amount, but more than I used to and I've noticed my knees aren't as bothersome any more :) Maybe I found my way!
The best thing about the Special K challenge/diet plan - the shakes are a grab and go breakfast to go with my wacky schedule.
