Well Fatsecret sucks LOL I wrote you a new message but in case you don't get it I'll post it here too. "Hi, thank you. Well I started my weight loss journey slow, eating more and exercising less. After a few weeks I cut down the junk food and every week or so I added 5 more mins to my workouts. As I got closer to my goal I had to eat less so that meant eating really healthy so that I wouldn't feel hungry and I had to exercise really a lot. I did go over my RDI occasionally but then I would burn off the extra cals with exercise. It wasn't always easy to behave, I had to really control myself since I love to eat. In the end it's all worth it. You will feel proud everyday that you did good and every good day will bring you closer to your goal weight Smile Have a nice evening."

I had the email problem too!! I don't know if you remember that but the emails would be gone and I hadn't deleted them. I am glad to say it hasn't happened in a while now... at least not that I know of!!

Sweetincense4iam I figured it out. If the person who sent you the private message deletes it from their outbox, the message will be deleted in your inbox too. I already thought I was going crazy when they would disappear like that and I knew I didn't delete them. Also if the person who sent you the message reads it in their outbox you will not get the notification you got mail and it will appear in your inbox but as read. You can always know if the person read your message because it will change color, become lighter.
