Slowly getting back on track........hmmmm.......i let things go starting last summer into early fall. The ice cold Sam Adams beer in a frosty glass or two after a hard day is my Achilles heel..... at this time doing a more Palo-type approach, trying to cut carbs dairy grains and legumes.
