So far so good with a nice start. I have the fitbit so I have been pushing myself on most days to get more steps in than the day before. Most days I get between 3,000-5,000 steps in. I am a stay at home mother so I am sure I would get more if I left the house more. It's too cold right now though to take my daughter out. I'm trying to aim for 5,000 steps a day for right now.
161.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I got the Fitbit for Christmas and loving it. It is a great tool. I like it sets goals for you and emails you badges when you achieve a goal. Also sends you a weekly update on how you are doing. Plus I like the alarm, easier to wake with. Does yours measure your sleep? Mine does, apparently I don't sleep well. I understand about the cold, stayed home from the gym yesterday because of it. I was the same too when my daughter was little.

You can always jog in place and do some kicks. I did that last night on the phone with my sis. She called just as I was starting some squats reps and I jogged instead.
