Now I'm mad. Following the diet plan 100% and GAINING. I'm so frustrated! I'm not eating anything bad except for an ice cream (pre sized bar, not carte blanche on the calories) or couple of chocolate kisses every once in a while. I'm eating less; eggs, meat, veggies, fruit...not replacing with gluten free crap with the equal carb load as before. I know I'm getting 1200-1600 calories a day. I'm drinking water...
I had a dream I ate a regular pizza last night, not the gluten free kind. If THAT is why I GAINED, then I'm freaking done trying to eat right...
