Round...I lost count. I do not feel super motivated. I do not feel very committed. But I do feel I need to start somewhere, again. No crazy cousins, no one telling me what to do. Just me and counting calories and exercising. I am going to do 5 days a week - at least 30 mins. Keeping it simple. Once more into the breach I go... :-)
249.6 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 89.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I have been a lurking. I am a big time lurker. But I only lose weight when I get all friendly and accountable. LOL Happy New Year, you two!
