Wow what a week! I've been working out non stop in preparation for a 10k run next weekend the 13th of Sept. With all the running and lifting each day I'm exhausted only I know the hard work is paying off, especially today when you finally put up a good number for a weeks worth of work outs. Now I just need to keep it up and maybe in a couple weeks we will see a number below the 190's. That will be a glorious day.
