Happy with this number, especially considering it's the day after I broke my fast. Proud that I kept my calories under control after a couple days of limited intake. Typically I'd eat SO much after fasting that it made it pointless to try. But I was feeling desperate again - not liking my new love handles and tight clothes. Tight in the unflattering way, not in the fitting 'cause you're looking HOT kind of way. HUGE difference. :D

Just need to do the same thing today - a trick my daughter reminded me we've used that always seems to set us up for success: Figure out dinner first, add in those calories and if there is a planned dessert or snack after, add those in. And then fill in with breakfast and lunch calories. It seems to work for me - well, except for unintended wine calories! Damn that tasty nectar of the gods.

Really enjoying the new Piloxing dvd - I've done it three days running and it just seems to work all those female trouble zones. I'd swear my legs look a bit tighter already and the muffin top is slowly disappearing again.

I think I slept almost ten hours last night! Who says you can't make up for lost sleep? lol I'd had a horrible night's sleep the night before - slept almost three hours maybe, woke up and laid there for the next four + hours trying to relax and let myself fall asleep, but couldn't. Then drifted off to sleep only to have my dear husband wake me up an hour later to ask if I wanted the cabinet installed in the wall right then ... in the bedroom! :D Men.... gotta love 'em!
127.0 lb Lost so far: 48.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Lol, sounds like you're doing good chickee. Can't wait to see the room pics. Sounds so very pretty. Man, I hope I get to catch up on my sleep tonight too. Going to sleep at 2am and then back up at 530 is horrid. But so worth the fun I had! Happy Hump Day BSWWTALIATPP!!

Yes, the wine IS the tasty nectar of the gods! lol! Did I ever tell you we do wine Friday's at my work?!? Sheesh!

YOUNGBUG! So good to hear from you. Can't wait to hear about your trip. Saw a couple pictures on FB. Isn't weather nice? lol... moving slow with the room. Oh well, not like I have a million things to do anyway. Love ya, girl!

Macarooon... Wine Fridays??? OMG, what a great job YOU have! The only job around here I've considered is working at Total Wine! Because they want their employees to taste the wines... hmmmm... sounds tough to me! lol Two more days until Wine Friday!
