KIGHT BULB MOMENT TODAY!! I was awoken from my sleep at 3.55am this morning choking in my sleep. This has occurred a few times in the past year, & my daughter has also told me I 'hold my breath' whilst asleep. I'm convinced it's obesity-induced sleep apnoea, which is very scary to me - especially as I'm now living alone. I am under a specialist sleep clinic, so I'll get this looked at.

Regarding my 'new start' health regime, from today, I'm starting the 5:2 health plan, so on Monday's & Thursday's, my calorie intake with be reduced to 500 calories per day, with 1,200 for the other 5 day.

Now to begin...

253.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 113.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.8 lb a week
