I jumped the gun a little bit. I am actually only 10lbs heavier than I was this last year. Had a little bit of a weekend anamolly. Still that is 22bls too many.
Doind reasonably well today considering that I am having relationship stress. Got a little bit of cardio in at the gym, which is a first. Only about 20mins but it's a start. I can lose 8lbs this month. I will lose 8lbs this month.
168.4 lb Lost so far: 19.6 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
